1, remove the shrimp line, wash the shrimp, add cooking wine and marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Pour the oil into the pot and turn on medium heat. When it is 70% hot, add dried Chili, minced garlic, shredded ginger and shredded onion and stir-fry until fragrant. (Don't use a big fire, it's easy to burn the dried peppers, and stir-fry the ingredients slowly with medium heat. )
3. Then add the marinated prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add sugar, salt and soy sauce, stir well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
