Grams, coconut milk: 60 grams, fine sugar: 35 grams, isinglass powder: 10 grams, cold water: 40 grams, shredded coconut: appropriate amount.
2. Place a piece of plastic wrap in the container for later use.
3. Soak the fish gelatin powder in cold water and set aside.
4. Stir milk, whipped cream, coconut milk and sugar together in hot water until the sugar melts.
5. Soak the dissolved isinglass powder in heat-insulated water and dissolve it, then pour it into the coconut cream mixture and mix well.
