1. Open the cutout and click "+ Start Creating", as shown in the figure below:

2. Select Video, click "Add to Project", as shown in the figure below:

3. Swipe left at the bottom of the screen, find and click "Filter", as shown in the figure below:

4 , select the filter, click "√", as shown in the figure below:

5. Select the filter track, drag the white box on the right until it is aligned with the video, and the filter can be added to all videos , click "Export", as shown in the figure below:
