5 white radishes, a kitchen knife, salt
Steps:
1. In autumn, choose a few Root white radish is used to make dried radish. The reason why we choose radish in autumn is that it is cheap. Wash the radish and dry the surface moisture. Remove the head and tail.
2. Use a knife to cut the radish in half vertically, and then slice it.
3. After cutting into slices, put the white radish into a basin, add salt, and stir with your hands. In order to remove the spiciness, add salt to the dry radish to add flavor. Leave it overnight.
4. Drain the water, hold it dry with gauze or hands, and place it on a roof or a breathable object so that the dried radish can breathe and prevent it from spoiling. Leave in the sun to dry.
