Introduction to attractions in Luoxingta Park

Luoxingta Mountain has now been developed into a park. It passes through the archway at the entrance of the park. The flowers and trees in the park are luxuriant all year round and the scenery is pleasant. Several towering ancient banyan trees are close to each other and lush, like a green city wall surrounding the towering ancient pagoda. Climbing up the steps from the tower to the top of the tower, you will suddenly have a wide view and feel relaxed and happy. Looking around, you can see the scenery on both sides of the Minjiang River from a distance, and see the new construction of the port area up close. You can see the brightly colored pictures, the water and the sky are the same color, and the mountains are beautiful and new.

Luoxing Tower Park is an integral part of the Shipbuilding Culture Theme Park. Located in Mawei Luoxing Mountain, it covers an area of ??2.33 hectares. At the foot of the mountain, revetments are built along the Minjiang River, fence poles are built, rockeries are stacked, and vegetation is widely planted. There is Sujiang Tower on the west side and Wangjiang Pavilion on the south foot. There are also Zhonghun Terrace, Mingchao Pavilion, Youyi Pavilion, etc. in the garden.

In Luoxingta Park, on the mountainside at the gate entrance is the "Cloud Screen" carved on a cliff from the Guangxu Dynasty of the Qing Dynasty (nearly covered up). Under the tower, there is a sculpture of Liu Qiniang on the road site of Zheng Chenggong's castle. There is a pavilion (war viewing pavilion) on the mountainside in the south, facing the river and facing the wind. The river is the battlefield of water battles against foreign aggression in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Under the stone path on the side of the hall, there is a stele "Maintain Huilan" by Li Ba, a calligrapher who was the prefect of Fuzhou during the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty. There is a "sword test stone" under the pavilion. Folk legend: Zheng Chenggong failed in Fuzhou and stationed troops here. Someone gave him a sword. He saw a huge stone and prayed to heaven for instructions on the march direction. He chopped it down with a sword and split the stone into two halves. The top part was actually facing the east. Zheng Chenggong decided later. March into Taiwan.

There are granite caves at the foot of the mountain, and sea erosion landforms still remain. It is said that in the early Ming Dynasty, when Zheng He, the eunuch of Sanbao (Bao), was sailing to the West, he stopped at Sanjiangkou to repair the ship and wait for the wind to sail. Luoxing Tower is where three rivers meet, and the water is deep enough to anchor a giant ship. The cave is cool and pleasant. Zheng He often played chess with his subordinates here to entertain themselves. It is known as the "Three Treasures Cave".

On the mountain there are Zheng Chenggong Castle and the ruins of Luoxing Tower in the early Qing Dynasty. There are also newly built children's playground, pigeon farm, Chaojiang Tower, service department, etc. There is a tree on the side of the mountain called "Chinese Tarong". It is one of the ten largest ancient banyan trees in Fuzhou. It is lush and green and has witnessed the rise and fall of the shipping industry and the whole process of the Majiang naval battle. There is a red banyan tree near Chaojiang Tower, Laogan Hongshi, and Mawei is the only one. According to legend, Zuo Zongtang was the governor of Fuzhou Shizhi.

There is the "Luoji Elevation Datum" on the north side of the mountain. In the past, the southeastern provinces used Luoxing Pagoda Zero Point (Luo Ling) as the depth reference plane (elevation origin) for measuring waterways and tidal water levels. Zero point is usually underwater and difficult to see. Later, another sign was engraved on a high place, called "Rocky". In 1955, the National Water Conservancy Bureau re-buried the stone at a height of 20 meters on the rocky surface.

Luoxingta Park has become a major scenic spot for Fuzhou Shipbuilding Culture and Tourism. Under the tower are the shipbuilding complex of a national cultural relic protection unit and the historical and cultural stone "No. 1 Dock" (Qingzhou Dock). There is a submarine hunter in the dock. There are also shipbuilding relics in the park: dock, naval lecture hall, cliff inscriptions, force garden, ancient fort, etc. that can be paid tribute to.

When you climb the tower and look down, you will see the mighty Yangtze River flowing eastward. In the old days, Shatingzhou Zhu was lined with roads, high-rise buildings, crowded with vehicles, flowers blooming on the roadside, and melodious singing. The Qingzhou Bridge on the River spans both sides of the river, with a natural chasm forming a thoroughfare. The ancient battlefield on the water surface is still vivid. Today, the scars of the war have been washed away, the land has been blasted, and it has been opened up as Fuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Bonded Zone, High-tech Park, and Taiwanese Investment Zone.

The park is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with clear scenery. In front of you are giant ships of 10,000 tons, piers of 10,000 tons, department stores, and ships. This place has a profound history and provides you with a high-grade cultural tourism.
