Materials:
Flammulina velutipes100g, crab stick150g, seasoning: 3g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate, 4g of sesame oil, 3g of rice vinegar and 3g of chives.
Exercise:
1. Tear off the crab stick and pack it. Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash them, and cut the shallots into rings.
2. Blanch the Flammulina velutipes in salted boiling water, and then put it in a plate with crab sticks.
3. Drain the water in the steamer, boil it, put the plate in the steamer, and steam for five minutes on medium heat.

Tips:
1, if you don't need a steamer, you can also put more seasoning in advance, then cover it with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave oven for a while.
2. Flammulina velutipes should not be cooked too well at first, otherwise it will affect the taste.
