When I first arrived in Yuxi, the rainy season in Yuxi had not yet passed, and it continued to rain for more than half a month.

It will be sunny later, but the sky will be blue and the temperature difference will be large. It will be hot and sweaty at noon.

Yuxi has no special attractions, it is relatively average, but it is livable.

The following scenic spots, such as Fuxian Lake, Ailao Mountain, Jianshui Ancient City, Tonghai Xiushan, etc., are not bad to visit on weekends if you have time.

What makes it livable is that it is one of the top three prefecture-level cities in Yunnan's economic ranking, but it is not large in scale and has good urban planning. It is a small and medium-sized city, which is exactly the type I like.

The disadvantage is that the prices are a bit expensive. The prices of fruits and vegetables are not cheap, at least they are more expensive than in my hometown.

Smokers will probably know the name Yuxi. Yuxi, Hongta Mountain and Yunyan are synonymous with smoke, which is almost the memory of a generation of smokers.

Hongtashan Park is right next to Yuxi Normal University. Below the front of Hongtashan is the headquarters building and factory of Hongta Group.

In addition, there is a tobacco museum next to the Red Tower, where smokers can come and visit.

? The two lakes refer to Fuxian Lake and Xingyun Lake. The water from this waterfall is led to the above two lakes and is an artificial waterfall. The lake is located at the upper end of Nie Er Music Square.

It is a good place for urban leisure.

I used to raise a lot of succulents in Hubei. At most, there were thousands of pots and hundreds of varieties. At that time, I was envious of the people in Yunnan. I knew that Yunnan was like spring all year round and had a large temperature difference, so the succulents raised were all super beautiful.

Instead, I came here and found that it is very common to have lots of meat, but it is not common to actually raise a lot of meat. Maybe it is because I know too few people!

? Near the Confucian Temple is the commercial district of Yuxi City. Xiaomiao Street, Pedestrian Street, North-South Street, and Renmin Road are all places for shopping.

After coming to Yunnan, my first impression is that there are so many bougainvilleas (Yunnanese call them bougainvillea) that can be seen everywhere.

? Tonghai County is a county under Yuxi City. It has scenic spots such as Xiushan, Qilu Lake, Confucian Temple, and Ancient Culture Street. There are also a lot of Hui people.

Tonghai Confucian Temple is located at the foot of Xiushan Mountain. It is countless times larger than the Confucian Temple in Hongta District and has all kinds of buildings.

But I heard that the Jianshui Confucian Temple is bigger, but I haven’t been there yet.

Xiushan is actually not big, not high, and not dangerous. It became a famous mountain probably because it is located on the outskirts of Tonghai City, and Tonghai County is sandwiched between Xiushan and Qilu Lake, so it is probably better in terms of Feng Shui.

There are many ancient temples and ancient buildings preserved on Xiushan Mountain. This is the first time for me to see seven or eight ancient temples on a hill.

? For me, Danyuan in Xiushan is pretty good and worth a visit.

There are various flowers inside. For example, when I went there in October, orchids, camellias, chrysanthemums, osmanthus, etc. were all in full bloom, which is impossible in Hubei.

How could you not have such a vision!

No matter where your ambition is in life, you must have a vision.

Big ambitions have the vision that big ambitions should have. Ordinary people like me just want to be an ordinary person, but I also feel that only by having a vision and a broad mind can I be ordinary.
