Practice:
1. Use 5 grams of water to alkalize into alkaline water. Inject 5 grams of water into 25 grams of peanut oil and blend it into water and oil.
2. Restrain red beans, 75g of white sugar and 5g of peanut oil into a wet bean paste filling.
3. Cut pork suet into 8 dices, and add 1g of white sugar to make sugar suet dices.
4. Pour the flour into the noodle mixing tank, mix it with cold water to make a paste, add the old yeast, and add a proper amount of alkaline water to mix well until the paste is acid-free and the color is not yellow.
5. Heat the model tool of Begonia Cake in a special stove, brush it with a little water and oil, inject the flour paste into half the depth of the model, put 2g of bean paste into each model, inject the flour paste again, cover the bean paste until the surface of the model, add a diced sugar plate oil on it, sprinkle some shredded cucumber around it, and bake for about 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle some white sugar on another iron plate, pick out the cake in the model, stick the iron plate with the bottom up, and put it on the stove. When the white sugar on the iron plate is deepened, turn the granules over with the iron plate to get the finished product.
