Roasting vegetables
Steps:
1. Cut cauliflower and cabbage into small pieces, soak them in salt water for 5 minutes, then wash them, and control the water content after washing.
2. Add a proper amount of salt, cumin powder, Chili noodles, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of clear oil, mix well, put them in an air fryer, bake at 18 degrees for 6 minutes, then turn over and bake at 18 degrees for 4 minutes.
ps: the washed vegetables must be drained, so that they will be crisp when baked, and you can turn them over more halfway.
