Suncun is located in the southwest of xintai city 10 km, where Xinwen Office and Xinwen Mining Group are located. The total area is 6 square kilometers, with 2,856 households and 1 1689 people. Suncun is an important economic and cultural town along the Chaiwen River in history. 1959 to 1983 are the residences of Xinwen city (county). Wenshui Cyperus rotundus and Hengshan Silk are world-famous, and high-quality coal is famous in all directions, with profound historical and cultural accumulation. There are a large number of ceramic fragments and pottery kiln sites in Suncun Village. With the excavation of thousands of "Kaiyuan Bao Tong" copper coins, many unearthed porcelain were collected by xintai city Museum. According to the appraisal, most of these ceramics were from the Tang and Song Dynasties and lasted until the Yuan Dynasty. Fragments piled up two or three meters thick and nearly 100 pieces of porcelain were unearthed. Some porcelain kilns have kiln furniture such as kiln supports and saggers with neat patterns on the kiln path. According to experts' research, the first line of Suncun Xinwen Street to Lai Ci Railway was a large kiln in Tang and Song Dynasties, and the market trade was relatively developed.
