At first, I felt my mouth full of saliva, chewing and chewing, and gradually I felt a clear spring-like fruit flowing into my internal organs, sweet as it comes. Every harvest season, a large number of foreign merchants drive trucks to Xingping to buy Shatian pomelo, and all of them are old customers, which shows that Shatian pomelo has a good sales volume and excellent varieties in Xingping.
Taro: Taro is a new brand developed by farmers under the guidance of Xingping Town Party Committee and Government. Mainly produced in Sisi Village Committee. Xingping taro is soft but not rotten, even if it is cooked in a pot for a long time, it will not paste, but it will melt into your mouth after a sip, and your mouth is full of fragrance. According to this feature, the local people invented six methods of eating taro, namely, frying, stewing, soup, steaming, pasting and deducting, which are called "six arts of taro". Every way of eating taro has a different taste. The aroma of frying is pure, the aroma of stewing is soft, the taste of soup is refreshing, and the sweetness of steamed paste is delicate, soft and refreshing. As soon as this variety went on the market, it attracted a large number of merchants from Guangdong, Fujian, Beijing and other places to buy it, and the market prospect was very broad.
Persimmon: Persimmon is peeled and dried. Xingping is rich in persimmon, which tastes tough, sweet and fragrant. In addition, persimmons can also be used as medicine. Bird persimmon produced by Xitang Village Committee in Xingping Town can cure infantile diarrhea. As long as you eat one or two, you can get immediate results and recover in one day. When you go to Xitang in autumn, you can see many red birds hanging naked on persimmon trees, and then reflected by Xitang water, which becomes a wonderful ink landscape painting. There are yellow skins everywhere, but Xingping's yellow skins have a special flavor. The reason may be that I grew up in Xingping with beautiful scenery and moist mountains and rivers. When you visit the Lijiang River in midsummer, you often find the luxurious makeup of yellow skin on the mountains on both sides.

Its planting scale is the highest in Yangshuo County, and its annual output ranks first in the county. Yangshuo county is known as the hometown of summer oranges.
In addition to the above introduction, Xingping also has various local products such as peaches, plums and dried bamboo shoots, among which dried bamboo shoots are a major feature product.
