Practice steps:

Step 14: Wait for the first layer to solidify (about 2~3 minutes) and then pour it into the second layer to continue steaming.
Step 15, wait for the knot in the second layer, then move to the third layer, and so on until the top layer, and steam the last layer for at least 10 minute to avoid undercooking.
Step 16: the mold can be removed after steaming and cooling.
