1. Prepare tools and materials
Number of twisted pairs
The number of RJ45 crystal heads
A pair of twisted pair crimping pliers
Make twisted pair
Select twisted pair with proper length and several crystal heads, and prepare relevant tools; Peel the twisted pair with a twisted pair clamp, and the length of the stripped wire should be about 3CM. At the same time, the wires inside are classified, and the color order is white orange, orange, white green, blue, white blue, green, white brown and brown. Similarly, the other end of the twisted pair should be treated in this way, and the arrangement order is the same. After sequencing, on the basis of not destroying the original connection color sequence, press the color lines together with wire pressing pliers to make the color lines straight enough, and subtract the redundant color lines at the left core length of about 1.5 cm, which should be done at both ends of twisted pair.
3. Make a complete finished product
After sorting the color lines, insert the lines into the crystal head in the original order. In the process of insertion, the force should be balanced to ensure that each line will not be misplaced and the line can be inserted into the end of the crystal head. After insertion, carefully check whether the color lines are inserted into the end of the crystal head in the correct order. After the insertion is completed, press the lens head with the wire pressing pliers, so that the lens head can become tighter and the color line will not fall off from the inside of the lens head. So a network cable is completed. The network cable connection made here is normal. As for the cross-sorted network cables, the same is done. Just modify the sorting of color lines according to the sorting standard of cross-sorted network cables.
4. Check whether the manufactured network cable can work normally.
The main work here is to test the performance and function of the network cable. We insert both ends of the twisted pair into the two test holes of the tester and start the tester. If the lights on the tester flash synchronously, it means that the network cable can work normally. If the indicator light does not flash synchronously, it means that there is something wrong with the network cable and it needs to be modified.
