Soybean sprouts are a common home-cooked dish, which is made of soybeans. Therefore, soybean sprouts not only have a unique and good taste, but also have extremely high nutritional value. Of course, the soybean sprouts that people eat at present are generally bought in the market, and the price of soybean sprouts is not expensive. Of course, many people like to make soybean sprouts at home. So, how to make soybean sprouts?
First, the method of sprouting bean sprouts
1. Choose beans:
First, choose beans. There are many kinds of soybeans on the market. Choose small soybeans with high sprouting rate and new soybeans of that year, otherwise the number of sprouts will be greatly discounted.
spread the soybeans evenly on the seedling tray, and carefully select the beans. The first step is to select the ones that are wormy, black and not full.
2. Soak beans:
Put the beans in a clean and oil-free container, add water to about 8 ~ 1 cm above the soybeans, soak for one night for about 8 hours, and you will see the beans grow bigger.
3. Laying beans:
Find a drink bottle, wash it, cut off the head and tie a circle of holes in the bottom.
pour the soaked beans in, pour warm water in from the top and flow out from the bottom. (Water should soak all beans)
Wrap them in opaque cloth and bottles, and water them twice a day on average.
4. Rinse:
In summer, beans usually grow up after soaking for about 1 hours, so rinse them with running water immediately and discard the miscellaneous beans.
after 4 days, the bean sprouts grow well. I gave birth to bean sprouts at room temperature. If the temperature is high, bean sprouts will grow faster.
2. Daily management:
1. Temperature: When the temperature exceeds 3 degrees, soybean will affect its germination, and it will not rot only at a suitable temperature, and the suitable temperature for its germination is about 28 degrees.
2. Watering: Watering is the most important link. It should be kept moist at any time, but there should not be too much water, and no water should be left at the bottom of the dish, otherwise the roots may rot.
3. Light: Soybean seedlings must be protected from light. After spraying water, the seedling tray should be covered with a thick layer of moist gauze.
4. Germination: The soybean sprouts should be watered thoroughly, and the cotton cloth should be sprayed and covered on it. Generally, fine buds will be produced the next night.
3. Precautions:
1. When the bean sprouts grow to 15mm long, water them thoroughly, leaving no dead ends to prevent red roots and rotten roots.
2. master the water temperature, water regularly, and use water without changing between cold and hot, so as to prevent the bud roots from becoming reddish brown.
3. The watering temperature should not be too high and the water head should not be too short, otherwise the bean sprouts will only grow roots and not stalks.
4. When the bud is 5 mm long, the water temperature should be raised to increase the heat to prevent the bud root from blackening.
5. When the bean sprouts are almost ready, lower the water temperature for the last three times, and take them out in time after germination to prevent the bean sprouts from rotting in the middle.
