I also use this oven. The actual temperature of the oven is 30 degrees higher than the marked temperature, which means that if I bake at 180 degrees, the actual temperature inside the oven will reach 2 10 degrees, so the error will be larger.
The estimated deviation temperature of each oven will be different. I have a friend who is 40 degrees apart.
Therefore, it is best to adjust the temperature with an oven thermometer, so that all the temperature problems can be solved at once.
Exercise:
Put the oven thermometer in the middle of the baking tray, adjust the oven temperature button to the appropriate temperature (150 degrees when I tried), then close the oven door, select the upper and lower layers to heat at the same time, and start the oven. Observe the actual temperature of the thermometer outside the oven when the heating pipes on the upper and lower floors of the oven change from black to red and then black. As long as the two numbers are inconsistent, it means that the oven temperature needs to be calibrated. The test temperature of my oven is 150 degrees, and the actual measured temperature is 180 degrees, indicating that the actual temperature of my oven is 30 degrees higher than the mark.
Now I just need to adjust my temperature button by subtracting 30 degrees from the temperature in the recipe, and everything will be fine (if your measurement value is low, you will have to add it). Generally, there is not much problem with baking time according to the recipe. You can do anything you want, as long as you hear a "ding", you can come up with delicious works.
