Ingredients: sweet potato, microwave oven.
1. Choose two sweet potatoes of moderate size (about 200g each) in the red heart sandy land, as shown in the figure below.
2. After washing the sweet potato, put it directly into the fresh-keeping bag without drying, as shown below.
3. The bag mouth does not need to be sealed tightly, and it is placed on the bottom plate of the microwave oven, as shown in the following figure.
4. Bake sweet potatoes of this size for about 6 minutes (press the "1 minute" button 6 times, and then press Start), as shown in the figure below.
5. Press Pause halfway and open the oven door to see the situation. Look at the ripeness according to the surface of sweet potato, turn it over by the way, and then press Start to continue as shown in the figure below.
6. After the end, press the surface of the sweet potato to see if it is all soft. If it is not flexible enough, increase the duration appropriately, as shown in the figure below.
7. Take off the fresh-keeping bag, put it directly on the bottom plate of the microwave oven, and heat it for 2~3 minutes (this step is to dry the moisture on the surface of the sweet potato to make it taste like baked sweet potato), as shown in the following figure.
8. At the end of the time, the fragrant baked sweet potato is completed as shown in the figure below.
