Specific steps
1. Wash celery leaves, chopped green onion, minced garlic and Jiang Mo.
2. Blanch celery with boiling water, remove cold water, control water, cut into fine powder, and wring out water;
3. Add sesame oil, minced garlic, dumpling stuffing seasoning, soy sauce and salt into the pork paste and fully stir in one direction;

Preparation of dough
1. Flour is stirred with water to form a flocculent, and then kneaded into dough.

4. Roll the dumpling skin with a rolling pin;
