Mutton pot.
Ingredients: 700g mutton
Seasoning: appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of green onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of star anise, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of cinnamon, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of blending oil, pork ribs Appropriate amount of sauce, 2 fragrant leaves, 1 jujube (fresh) and 5 strawberries
1. Wash the mutton and soak it in water, pepper and cooking wine for 20 minutes. Take out the water and put cold water into the pot to blanch.
2. Rinse away the foam with running water.
3. Put the orange peel, bay leaf, grass fruit, star anise cinnamon and mutton into the pressure cooker and press for 25 minutes.
4. Pick up the mutton when the time is up.
5. Set aside the original mutton soup.
