Strawberries can be used to make strawberry ice cream.
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 10g white marshmallows, 60g milk, 100g whipping cream, 10g strawberry jam, 20 mulberries, 40g dried strawberries, a few strawberries (for decoration), waffles (for decoration) 1 piece, some ice cubes.
1. Put the sugar into the egg yolks and stir until white. Add milk to egg yolk paste and stir evenly.
2. Pour the custard milk into the milk pot, heat over low heat until thickened, add the strawberry jam to the cooled custard and season.
3. Remove the stems from the mulberries, add the pulp, and stir evenly. Whip the light cream until it reaches wet peaks with obvious texture, and the peaks become short and small when you lift the whisk.
4. Add the whipped cream to the doubleberry custard, stir evenly and place in the refrigerator until hard.
5. Place a piece of egg yolk waffle on the bottom of the plate, place the ice cream ball on top, and decorate it with biscuit crumbs, strawberries, mulberries, and whipped cream.
