Economics and management in science is still very good, and the ranking of the discipline I saw is higher than that of engineering in science, which is about 61 in the whole country, so it is not bad! In your sophomore year, you can choose two majors or minor, and you can choose Japanese and German from the Foreign Languages Institute.
