2. Put 1 g of yeast into the warm cooked sweet potato, and beat an egg. Friends who like sweet potatoes can add white sugar at this time. Crush the mixture with a tool in any way. I just press it with a fork! It doesn't matter if there are particles in the middle.
3. Transfer the flour paste into a large bowl, pour in 75ml of milk, stir well with chopsticks, then pour in 111g of high-gluten flour and mix well. Put it aside, cover it and wake it up to twice its size. (I used it for breakfast, so I mixed it at night and made it the next morning.)
4. After the dough is made, there will be many beehives, so stir it with chopsticks to vent. Brush a layer of oil in an unheated electric cake stall or wok in advance, pour the dough into it, smooth it with a shovel, sprinkle a layer of black sesame seeds with a little oil, and lock the water on it. Then heat and fry. After 4 minutes, turn over and fry. When it is golden on both sides, it can be served.
The fried sweet potato cake smells fragrant all over the house. After taking it out, cut it into your favorite shape and you can eat it.
