Golden House of Canghe Lane, also known as Jinpeishu Mansion of Canghe Lane, is located at No.26 Canghe Lane, Cangqiao Community, Wumajie Road, Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Sitting facing south and facing the street, it is a quadrangle-style building consisting of a gatehouse, a wing and a main room. The original three entrances, the third entrance was rebuilt. The top surface of the door is five rooms wide and the depth is about 7.2 meters, which is a two-story brick-wood mixed structure. The south facade is baroque. Quartz sand plastering, Qingshiqiao abutment, internal splayed door embedded in the wall, semi-circular arched door cover and window cover on the second floor are all made of rolled grass patterns. The brick door platform in the middle of the north leads to the patio. The main house has five rooms and two floors, wooden building, blue tile roof and a rest peak. The eaves column is made of western-style Onek loving column, the first and second floors are front porches, and the mechanical railings on the second floor are made of geometric and floral patterns. The front porches are all connected with the front porches of the east and west wing rooms on the south side, forming a three-sided corridor. There are three two-story rooms in the south wing, with brick buildings and hard hilltops. In addition, door covers, window covers, columns, railings and other shapes are all western-style, which has certain artistic value.

The residential building was built in 1935, and the owner is Yongjia Wuniu Jinpeishu. You Jialin, an early Wenzhou leader, a professor at Zhejiang Gongshang University and a national authority on price science. This residence is the secret contact point of the New Fourth Army and the activity point of Yongjia Temporary County Committee during 1938. It is a cultural relic building with architectural art and revolutionary historical value.
