—— Project-driven continuous efforts. Plan and implement five large projects with an investment of about 5 billion yuan, and start the "big project era" in Suizhou. Among them, ground photovoltaic power station, regional power grid transformation and 511 kV substation started construction, water resources allocation project in northern Hubei and Suizhou section of Wuhan-Xi 'an passenger dedicated line are about to start, and Huaneng Suizhou 2× 661 kW coal-fired power plant project was approved by the state. Project investment and competition for capital in Shanghai have reached record highs. There are 221 projects under construction with a total investment of 33 billion yuan, and 4.98 billion yuan for free funds in Shanghai. The western section of Suizhou of Mazhu Expressway runs through the whole line, and the population of expressway in our city ranks first in the province. The output value of automobile machinery and food industry both exceeded 35 billion yuan, and the foundry industry became the fourth provincial key industrial cluster in our city. Taking the exposure of CCTV as an opportunity, the city was awarded the brand image of "China Special Automobile Capital", the first batch of national regional brand building pilot project of special automobile industry, the national special automobile high-tech industrialization base, the new industrialized industrial demonstration base of Hubei Province, and the "Special Automobile Capital". Significant achievements have been made in the construction of key projects in the Sixth Five-Year Plan, with an investment of 8 billion yuan for 51 projects with a capital of over 111 million yuan and 51 technical transformation projects with a capital of over 31 million yuan. Small and medium-sized enterprises have accelerated their growth, with 86 new enterprises of scale, and 411 enterprises exceeding 111 million yuan. Our city has been ranked among the top 111 private enterprises in Hubei Province with 9 enterprises, ranking fourth in the province after the "one main and two deputy" cities. The tertiary industry is heating up and speeding up. The Root-seeking Festival was successfully held in the Sino-Japanese War, and cultural tourism developed rapidly. The protection and development of Dahongshan was integrated into the provincial overall planning, and was approved as the eco-tourism demonstration zone in the whole province. The core scenic spots were opened to welcome guests, and the cultural park was fully completed. The Millennium Ginkgo Valley "Golden Moon" was hot and orderly, and the three scenic spots simultaneously ranked among the national 4A-level scenic spots. Yandi's hometown, museum and tomb of Zeng Houyi jointly created a 5A-level scenic spot, which passed the national landscape quality evaluation. The city received 15.835 million tourists, and the comprehensive tourism income was 9.71 billion yuan, up by 9.2% and 7.3% respectively. With the gradual prosperity of modern service industry and the accelerated development of e-commerce, the opening of "Taobao Featured China-Suizhou Pavilion" was approved, and the first Tsingtao Beer Festival achieved good benefits. Supervision of specialized markets such as agricultural materials, cigarettes and refined oil products has been strengthened, and the increase in consumer prices is lower than the provincial average. The county's economic strength has increased. Zengdu District continues to maintain the first phalanx in the province, and the comprehensive competitiveness of Guangshui City and Suixian County continues to improve. The construction of eco-industrial new city in high-tech zone was carried out in an orderly manner, and the establishment of national high-tech zone passed the preliminary examination of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

(3) pay attention to the overall planning of urban and rural areas, and the charm of Suizhou will be renewed. The "3+3" city brand was successfully established, and our city was officially awarded as a national garden city, a national forest city and a provincial environmental protection model city. It passed the re-examination of national historical and cultural cities, provincial civilized cities and sanitary cities, and the urbanization rate of the whole city increased by 2 percentage points. Urban and rural planning is more scientific. We will continue to optimize the urban spatial layout, and complete 295 plans such as the city's urbanization development strategy, comprehensive transportation system, and urban design of the southern part of the city. Urban functions are more perfect. Forty-nine key municipal projects were implemented in the main city, and the "two roads and one bridge" of Qingnian Road ran through the whole line, and a number of compressed garbage transfer stations were built. All the back streets and alleys in the main city were hardened and lightened, and 211,111 square meters of green space was added. A number of projects, such as East moat management, gourmet culture street and Suizhou agricultural and sideline products logistics park, were started one after another. With the county, we will simultaneously promote the construction of four main functional areas: new city expansion, old city reconstruction, development zone and Yandi's hometown scenic spot; Guangshui City has begun to take shape and become a provincial civilized city. Urban management is more orderly. We will implement a relatively centralized administrative punishment management model and basically build a digital urban management command center. The comprehensive management and control system of intelligent transportation has been activated, the management system and mechanism of motorcycles and electric vehicles have been innovated, and the "road market" has been rectified centrally. The pilot project of special rectification of residential property management has achieved initial results. The countryside looks more beautiful. Deepen the "Clean Home Campaign" and strengthen the treatment of rural domestic waste. Our city ranked third in the first evaluation in the province, and Zengdu District was included in the pilot project of the whole county in the province. The demonstration film construction in beautiful countryside, High-tech Zone has been solidly promoted. Seven towns and villages in the city have been selected as national key towns, three villages have been selected as the third batch of China traditional village protection lists, 11 villages have become provincial livable villages, and eight villages have been rated as provincial green demonstration villages. Changgang Town of Dahongshan and Taoyuan Village of Guangshui respectively rank first in the top ten most beautiful towns and villages in the province.

Accelerate the improvement of the public security prevention and control system, adhere to the "six police in one" patrol and prevention mechanism, achieve complete murder for two consecutive years, successfully detect major cases such as smuggling weapons and ammunition, stealing ancient tombs, fund-raising fraud, etc., and many tasks such as drug control and control have entered the first phalanx of the province. The indicators such as people's sense of security, awareness rate of safe creation and participation rate rank among the top in the province.
