1. Apple pie
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and then slice them into thin slices. Add the filling ingredients and drain the water. Place the apple filling on the lower shelf of the oven and bake at 220°C for about 40 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, wait for it to cool and remove from the mold, then brush it with apricot pectin.
2. Apple Tremella Soup
Soak the Tremella in cold water, remove the stems, wash and tear into small florets. Put the white fungus in the pot, pour in water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for an hour. Peel, core, wash and cut the apples into small pieces. After an hour, add the apples and brown sugar and continue to simmer for about ten minutes. The white fungus soup is ready. Take it out of the pot and enjoy!
3. Apple cider
Wash the apples, dry them, slice them, bottle them, pour in brandy that has not covered the apple slices, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and store them airtight for two months.
4. Apple cider vinegar
Put it into a clean glass bottle without water and oil, add one layer of apples and one layer of rock sugar until it is full. Cover the lid and seal it for three days. Months and above. The sweet and sour taste is very good, so you can drink it chilled in summer.
5. Apple salad
Wash and peel the apples, cut into small cubes and soak in light salt water for 5 minutes. Take a plate and put the fruit on it. Spread some salad dressing over the fruit.
