The county (district) People's Social Security Bureau will assign 12% of the indicators according to the post, and determine the list of people who enter the interview in each county (district) from high score to low score according to the written test results (those with the last score of the indicators will enter the interview together), and the interview work will be organized and implemented by the county (district) Education Bureau in conjunction with the People's Social Security Bureau. The final total score of candidates is written test score ×7%+ interview score ×3%. Finally, the list of candidates to be hired is determined from high score to low score, and those with tied scores at the end of the index are included in the scope of candidates to be hired.
