Materials: high-gluten flour, milk powder, eggs, active dry yeast, milk, sugar, salt, honey and butter
1. Flour, milk powder, broken egg liquid, milk, edible salt, sugar and yeast are poured into bread barrels.
2. The bread machine program is adjusted to mix dough and mix dough for 15 minutes.

4. Knead for another 3 minutes.

Note:
1. Salt and yeast should not be placed in the same position, but diagonally.
2. White sugar can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
3. After mechanical fermentation, you can take it out and put it in a warm place to continue fermentation for a while.
