At the first meeting of the 12th People's Congress of the town, he and other representatives jointly put forward the proposal of "connecting Wan Cheng with Zaoyang and Wanhe in Hubei as soon as possible", which was highly valued by the town government. The town government actively declared the project to the superior, won more than 30 million yuan of funds, completed the interchange of Henan and Hubei trunk highways, and incorporated it into the provincial highway management. During his participation in the second session of the 13th National People's Congress of Tongbai County, he put forward the suggestion of "building water conservancy to solve the problem of farmland irrigation" in view of the long-term disrepair of water conservancy facilities in the county, which attracted great attention of the county government. The county government arranged special funds of100000 yuan, and carried out dredging and digging ponds, repairing electromechanical irrigation station and building new water conservancy facilities in 2 15 administrative villages in the county.
