Wish you a happy, healthy and happy New Year
The new year starts with good daily habits.
Try to wash up before 10 o'clock every day, turn off the lights and go to bed at 10:30, and try to fall asleep before 11 o'clock.
If you sleep enough at night, you will naturally wake up before 7 o'clock the next day, and you can start a good day full of energy.
Before going to bed, please put your phone as far out of reach as possible to avoid playing with it before going to bed or turning it on first thing in the morning. I usually check the alarm clock before going to bed, briefly look at the to-do list for the next day, then turn on airplane mode, and put the phone not on the bedside table, but on the dressing cabinet out of reach, so that if it rings the next day, I will When I got up and turned off the alarm, I got up naturally.
If you can rely on daily tricks, you don’t need to practice perseverance. After all, it will be more uncomfortable naturally than deliberately. Besides, leave your perseverance to more important things.
Healthy diet may sound like a big deal, but it’s actually not that difficult.
First of all, reducing the number of meals out will naturally reduce the intake of sugar, salt and oil.
Secondly, taste lighter and your body will thank you for your wisdom. When cooking, consciously adjust the ingredients and cooking methods. You can steam and cook without frying. Try to keep the original taste of the food and choose prototype food. Over time, you will like the original fresh and natural taste of the food, but you will not like the heavy taste of overcooking.
Finally, less quantity and more variety. I don’t deliberately block some things, such as desserts, it’s okay to eat them occasionally. The most important thing is to eat less, eat more types of food, and eat less, so you won't get fat, and you won't find it too hard to live a moderate and healthy life.
Here is a misunderstanding. In the past, the older generation taught us to eat quickly, finish early and leave the table early. However, wolfing down this way does not allow us to enjoy the food well, and can easily lead to weight gain from eating too much. Therefore, when we eat, we should not watch TV or mobile phones, etc. We should concentrate, experience the delicious food, chew carefully, less and slowly, and we will enjoy more and gain less meat.
Today’s life is unavoidable, such as the use of electronic products, and no one can do without mobile phones and computers.
But in the new year, I plan to reduce the time I use these electronic products and spend more time on paper reading. There are so many books waiting for me in the library. In addition, spend more time doing meaningful things with your children, such as playing ball, running, reading, chatting, etc.
Whether it is during the week or on the weekend this year, when scheduling, you should not make your schedule too full and leave appropriate space.
Eat to the fullest, be kind to others, and schedule to the fullest.
Too much and too full will not last long, and it is easy to accumulate food, stagnation and embarrassment.
Haste makes waste, play hard to get, these simple truths are understood by many people, but unfortunately the opposite is often done in application. Relax a little, be chic.
Slow living is life, let the soul keep up with your pace. Otherwise, life would be like chasing one's life, not rushing to become one of the Four Famous Catchers.
If you don’t buy something you don’t need, not only will the space at home be spacious, your wallet will thank you, and your heart will be more peaceful and undisturbed.
There are too many unnecessary items and we are burdened by them. We are not using the items, but the items are consuming us.
Clean up what you can, reduce what you can, don’t buy what you can, but you must buy what you can, choose the best within your ability, and live a simple and high-quality life.
We sometimes live in a strange circle, a strange circle that we fall into because we are not satisfied. I always feel that I don’t have enough, I can’t retire, I can’t slow down, I’m not worthy enough to live the life I really want, I can’t do the things I’m really passionate about.
But on the other hand, time flies and time flies by. Time waits for no one, and every day slips away in such hypocritical busyness, while the dreams of our youth and the things we like are still hanging high in the dream.
At the end of the year and the beginning of the new year, it’s time to take stock and start from the heart. Be yourself as much as possible within your capabilities, and devote more to what you really want to do, whether it is your current job, painting, writing, or changing some habits. No need to wait, go early.
Minimalist living will reduce unnecessary social interactions and spend more time alone.
But it does not mean to be cold and indifferent.
I will still care about my family and friends, send occasional greetings, and get together happily when the time is right. These are all wonderful and happy times.
When we are far away from each other, we are strong.
When the snow falls and the sun falls, we will not complain about separation.
What's the meaning?
