In China, I have no real experience of going to a city for food. But if there is an opportunity, the city I want to go to most should be:
1. Chengdu. Chengdu is famous for its rich Sichuan-Chongqing cuisine, including spicy and fresh Sichuan cuisine and creamy Chongqing cuisine. Especially the hot pot and the Shu heroes, let the foodies linger. Chengdu's slow pace and food culture are even more addictive.
2. Xian. Xi' an is a famous historical and cultural city in China, and the food is equally ancient and fragrant. Northern pasta, which is famous for mutton buns, and snacks such as Lanzhou beef noodles, soup buns and cold noodles all make people's appetite open. In addition, the famous Huimin Street is a paradise for food gathering.
3. Shanghai. Shanghai's eastern and western cultures blend together, and its food is equally inclusive. The famous local cuisine and Shanghai cuisine show the charm, and street snacks gather, which makes you enjoy it. What's more, for people who have a soft spot for food, Shanghai has fresh ingredients, superb cooking skills and delicious taste. How can you miss it!
4. Hangzhou Hangzhou cuisine is famous for its deliciousness and lightness, including the desert flavor of braised pork in the snow, and the elegant and fresh shrimp cake in Longjing, Xizi Lake, which makes people linger. At the same time, Hangzhou's beautiful scenery and laid-back atmosphere also make people feel relaxed and happy, with multiple goals.
I personally yearn for Chengdu, where there is both an atmosphere of slow life and fun on the tip of my tongue. The food trip must be very pleasant. Of course, this is just my imagination. The real experience still needs to be felt by myself, but I believe it will be memorable. If there is an opportunity, I really want to explore this food paradise like human beings!
