Potato sausage
Four people.
1 spoon olive oil
500 grams of potatoes (cut into small pieces)
190g sliced Spanish sausage (Spanish sausage, if not, you can use domestic spicy sausage instead).
50 grams of bacon
300 ml of water
Half a spoonful of colored pepper powder (not spicy red pepper noodles will do, of course, you can put some spicy ones if you like)
1 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 laurel leaf
5g pepper seeds (optional)
Decorate: Chop small celery leaves and sprinkle them on them or choose two small pieces to put on a plate.
1 preheat in a thick pot, pour in olive oil, add potato pieces and fry 10 minutes. Stir properly to ensure uniform frying (medium fire), then add sausage and bacon and fry for about 2 minutes.
2 Pour in water, colored pepper powder, minced garlic, bay leaves and pepper seeds. Turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. In the meantime, stir it and don't break the potatoes too often, which will not look good. After the potatoes become soft, add a little salt (sausage can be put less or not) as a decoration.
