First remember the most basic flavors, then distinguish the more delicate flavors derived from these flavors (that is, hybrids), and also understand the characteristics of the ingredients and how their own flavors match other ingredients.
Eat the connotation.
The next step is accumulation. Being a gourmet may be easy, but if you want to be an excellent gourmet, you must accumulate (unless you are a genius, I have nothing to say about this).
