Jiangmen South Station of Shenmao Railway is located in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, 1.6km east of the intersection of Jinzhou Road and Qichao Avenue in Huicheng Street, Xinhui District, and 2km south of Xinhui Urban Rail Station. On March 1th, 217, Jiangmen South Station of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway under Guangzhou Railway Group was officially renamed Jiangmen Station, and the former Jiangmen Station of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Railway was renamed Jiangmen East Station.

Jiangmen Station is a comprehensive station type with on-line and side-line. The main building of the station is divided into three floors: basement, ground floor and elevated floor.
