Three famous pagodas in Hangzhou

1. Baita: a national key cultural relic protection unit. On Baitaling on the Qiantang River. Built in the Five Dynasties. Imitation wood structure, made of white stone carvings, with 8 faces and 9 floors, each floor has a waist eaves and a flat seat (cloister), and an overhead iron tower brake, with a beautiful outline.

2. Leifeng Pagoda: Originally built on Leifeng, it is located in front of Jingci Temple under Rihuifeng in Nanping Mountain on the south bank of Hangzhou West Lake. Leifeng is the residual vein of Nanping Mountain, which stretches northward. The lakeside swells with lush trees. However, because the folk tower is above Leifeng, it is called Leifeng Tower.

3. Pagoda of Six Harmonies: Located on the Moon Wheel Hill beside the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, it was built in the third year of Kaibao in the Northern Song Dynasty (AD 97), and in the fifth year of Xuanhe, the tower was burned down. Shaoxing was rebuilt in the twenty-fourth year of the Southern Song Dynasty, and the wooden structure outside the tower was rebuilt in the twenty-fifth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty. In 1961, it was designated as a national key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council.

Huayan Jingshi Pagoda: Huayan Jingshi Pagoda is located in the West Lingyin Society on the Gushan Mountain of West Lake in Hangzhou, and it is also called Xilin Pagoda because it faces the West Lingqiao Bridge. Xiling Printing Society is an academic group in modern Zhejiang, which was established in the 29th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (193). All the towers are made of stone, more than 1 meters high, and the Huayan Sutra is engraved on the tower.

Gongren Tower: Gongren Tower is located at the top of Gongren Mountain, 1 km southeast of Lin 'an Town. The tower was named after the hero of King Qian Wusu, the king of wuyue in the Five Dynasties, who was founded in the first year of Zhenming in Houliang (915). In 1963, the provincial people's Committee announced it as a provincial key cultural relics protection unit, and in 1981, the provincial government re-announced it.

xiangji temple Tower: xiangji temple Stone Tower, originally the East-West Tower, is located in xiangji temple Lane, Hushu, and is now in the courtyard of Hangzhou Transportation Equipment Factory. During the ten-year turmoil, the East Tower was destroyed, leaving only the West Tower. Basically complete. Xiangji temple Stone Pagoda has eight sides and nine floors, and it is a wood-like architectural form.
