Spring de gourmet

in spring, everything is full of strength to show its charm. Wild vegetables are also scrambling to emerge from the fields, roadsides, hillsides and cracks in stones. As a result, potherb controllers can't wait to take a shovel, basket or any bag, and use their spare time to bring home the unique delicacies of spring, then pick and wash them and make them into various potherb delicacies in different categories, so that the taste buds on the tip of the tongue can fully enjoy the gifts of nature. For a person with a food complex like me, I can't miss all kinds of wild vegetables. Every weekend, I will go out and dig back a lot of wild vegetables.

These are four kinds of wild vegetables that I pulled through a clearing when I got up early in the morning exercise. Because it rained just last night, the wild vegetables were wet, and it was inevitable that they would stick to mud when I pulled them. The one in the upper left corner is called Maihao, which is a kind of wild vegetable often found in the corn field and peanut field. This kind of wild vegetable can be boiled in boiling water, and soaked for a long time, which is very good for cold salad or cooking cakes. It is delicious to put more garlic in the cold salad, and add balsamic vinegar, salt and sesame oil, which is refreshing and delicious.

The bitter herb is in the lower left corner. It can be eaten raw with dipping sauce, made into bitter egg drop soup, or eaten with less leek wrapped in steamed stuffed bun. Of course, people who like bitter taste are needed to enjoy the delicious food. If you don't like bitter taste, you can't eat it.

The shepherd's purse is in the lower right corner. I believe everyone is familiar with the delicious shepherd's purse. Shepherd's purse also has many practices, such as cold salad, scrambled eggs, egg soup, jiaozi and steamed buns.

I don't know the scientific name of the one in the upper right corner, but I know it's called Tucangge here.

It's this kind of wild vegetable. I've heard people say it's edible before, but I've been afraid to eat it. This year, I saw a soup made of this kind of wild vegetable dried by a friend in a circle of friends, and it looked very appetizing. I finally couldn't resist the temptation, so I pulled out some and wanted to try to see if it was delicious. Some people say that cooking balls are delicious, and some people say that cooking soup is delicious, so I am thinking about making it according to my own taste. I first washed it and boiled it in boiling water for a few minutes, and then soaked it in cold water for one night. The next morning, I crushed the fried peanuts, then cut a little diced meat, chopped green onion and ginger, cut the arrowroot into a centimeter size, put oil in the pot, then fried the minced meat until it changed color, put the chopped green onion and ginger until it was fragrant, then pushed the arrowroot into the wok, added a spoonful of salt, stir-fried it evenly, then poured boiling water, and drowned the wild vegetables, then put a small handful of dried seaweed, and finally chopped the cooked peanuts.

let's see if you have an appetite. I ate two bowls in a row, and it was delicious! I just don't know what the scientific name of this wild vegetable is. Friends who know it can tell me. And you can also try it. Eating more wild vegetables is good for your health. Wild vegetables absorb the essence of nature and have no pollution. They bring a fresh taste. After eating them, you feel indescribable comfort from taste buds to internal organs.

In the bright spring, wild vegetables tempt us all the time. In the recipes of clever women, they can be turned into delicious dishes, which are better than sea cucumber and abalone. I just selected some of them, and there are many edible wild vegetables, which I will share with you later.

Postscript: This was originally a draft written in spring, but it has not been sent. Now I will send it out to share with you.
