How to cook squid?
Sweet and spicy squid

Ingredients: 1 chilled squid, 1 root onion, 5 slices of ginger, 4 green peppers and 4 red peppers, 30ml sweet and spicy sauce,15ml white wine,15ml cooking wine, 8g white sugar, 5g salt and 30ml water starch.

Exercise:

1. Separate the head from the body of the squid, cut open the abdomen, and you can see a transparent bone in the abdomen of the squid, take it out, then carefully tear off the black film on the outer layer of the squid and rinse it repeatedly with clear water;

2. Tilt the squid at an angle of about 45 degrees, gently cut out the (///) pattern without cutting it, then reverse it to the other end and cut out the (\ \ \) pattern. Finally, the squid body should be in a cross-grid pattern (XXX), and then cut it into pieces about 4-5 cm wide and about 2 cm wide with a knife;

3. Add water to the wok and bring to a boil. At this time, add water starch into the cut squid, mix well and marinate for 5- 10 minutes.
