Established in 1994, Sichuan Haidilao Restaurant Co., Ltd. is a large-scale inter-provincial direct-selling restaurant brand hot pot restaurant, which mainly deals in Sichuan-style hot pot and integrates local hot pot characteristics. Its full name is Sichuan Haidilao Catering Co., Ltd., and its founder is Zhang Yong.

Haidilao has more than 100 direct chain restaurants in Jianyang, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Tianjin, Wuhan, Shijiazhuang, Xi, Zhengzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, the United States and other cities and countries.
