Article 4 Autonomous counties shall establish a comprehensive coordination and management mechanism under the leadership of Party committees, overall planning by the government and linkage of departments, and hold joint meetings regularly to solve major problems in the development of tourism. Article 5 Autonomous County People's Government shall incorporate tourism development into the national economic and social development plan, strengthen the organization and leadership of tourism development, formulate policies and measures to promote tourism development, arrange special funds for tourism development, and include them in the annual fiscal budget. Article 6 The competent department of culture and tourism shall be responsible for the guidance, coordination, service, supervision and management of promoting the development of tourism.

Encourage the development of planting industry and develop special agricultural products such as Santanghu pepper, late-maturing cantaloupe and Kuisujin potato; Encourage the development of cattle, sheep, camels, donkeys and other aquaculture, and develop characteristic dairy products; Encourage the development of Kazakh embroidery, tapestry, Achnatherum splendens, wicker weaving and other handicrafts; Encourage the production of agate, strange stone, root carving and other local handicrafts.

autonomous county catering associations should establish local specialty catering recommendations and a list of famous specialty food stores. Nineteenth Autonomous County People's Government shall give priority to major tourism construction projects that meet the requirements of cultural and tourism development planning as promotion projects and key projects.
