working methods
1. Prepare materials
2. Soak strawberries in light salt water, wash them, and use kitchen paper to absorb the surface moisture.
3. Insert the bamboo stick into the lollipop.
4. put water in the pot and heat it to about 40 degrees (try the temperature by hand, it won't feel very hot), and turn to low heat to keep it. Put a small bowl of dark chocolate into the hot water in the pot (be careful that the chocolate can't touch the water) and stir slowly until it is completely melted.
