Article 2 The battlefield sites of the Battle of Songshan mentioned in these regulations refer to Dasong Mountain, Xiaosong Mountain, Yinshan Mountain, Huangtupo, Dayakou, Gunlongpo, Wengupingzi and Zhuzipo located within the scope of Lameng Town, Longling County
, Changlinggang, Dajianshan, and Dongbiedashan’s Songshan Battle relics.
It is part of the former site of the Songshan Battle, a national key cultural relic protection unit.
The specific definition of the protection scope and construction control zone shall be subject to the "Songshan Battle Site Cultural Relics Protection Plan".
Article 3 These Regulations shall apply to activities such as protection, management, construction, production, living, inspection, sightseeing, and memorial ceremonies within the protection scope and construction control zone of the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site.
Article 4: The protection work of the Songshan Battle battlefield site adheres to the principles of scientific planning, standardized management, effective protection, rational utilization, and liability for damage.
Article 5 The protection objects of the Songshan Battle battlefield site: (1) Relics, relics and other relics; (2) Marking monuments, boundary stakes and related signs; (3) Original commemorative facilities, new ones with approval for commemoration, protection, management,
Exhibition and utilization facilities; (4) Historical features and natural environment; (5) Other battle relics that need to be protected.
Article 6 The Baoshan Municipal People's Government and its relevant departments shall strengthen the leadership, supervision and inspection of the protection of the Songshan Battle battlefield site.
The People's Government of Longling County should incorporate the protection of the Songshan Battle battlefield site into the economic and social development plan, urban and rural construction plan, institutional reform, and leadership responsibility system at all levels, establish and improve the compensation and reward mechanism, and include the required funds in the fiscal budget.
The Lameng Town People's Government should do a good job in the protection and management of the Songshan Battle battlefield site within the scope of its duties.
The village (resident) committee where the Songshan Battle battlefield site is located should assist in the protection of the site.
Article 7 The cultural relics administrative department of the Longling County People's Government is responsible for the protection and management of the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site and performs the following duties: (1) Formulate protection and management measures for the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site; (2) Organize and implement protection planning and protection management measures;
(3) Carry out daily management, protection and inspection activities; (4) Accept reports and investigate and deal with illegal acts that destroy or damage heritage sites in accordance with the law; (5) Carry out approved archaeological surveys, explorations, excavations, repairs, relocations and reconstructions;
6) Set up monuments, protection scopes and boundary stakes in the construction control zone and establish archives; (7) Organize and carry out historical and cultural research on the Songshan Battle; (8) Complete other tasks assigned by the superior cultural relics administrative department and the county people's government.
The relevant functional departments of the Longling County People's Government should do a good job in protection within the scope of their respective responsibilities.
Article 8 Citizens, legal persons and other organizations have the obligation to protect the Songshan Battle battlefield site in accordance with the law, and have the right to stop and report acts that damage the Songshan Battle battlefield site.
Those who have made outstanding contributions to the protection of heritage sites will be given moral encouragement or material rewards by the municipal and county people's governments and their cultural relics administrative departments.
Article 9: The Longling County People's Government may reasonably use the Songshan Battle battlefield site to carry out patriotic education, academic research, sightseeing and other activities.
The use of the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site should comply with the "Songshan Battle Site Cultural Relics Protection Plan", respect history, and ensure the safety of the site.
Article 10 The following behaviors are prohibited within the protection scope of the Battle of Songshan battlefield site: (1) Destroying relics, relics and other relics; (2) Conducting operations such as blasting, drilling, excavation, mining, sand mining, quarrying, and soil extraction without authorization; (3)

Article 11 The following activities within the protection scope of the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site shall be reviewed by the cultural relics administrative department of Longling County and then reported to the relevant competent departments for approval in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations: (1) Organizing entertainment, performing arts, and merchandise
Exhibitions and sales and other activities; (2) film and television shooting; (3) using immovable cultural relics or protection, commemoration, and management facilities for commercial operations; (4) copying and rubbing cultural relics and commemorative facilities.
Article 12 Construction activities within the construction control zone of the Songshan Battle Battlefield Site shall comply with the "Songshan Battle Site Cultural Relics Protection Plan" and be approved in accordance with the law.
The historical features of the site must not be damaged, and the safety of the site and its environment must not be affected.
