1. Fufufufu is a traditional staple food in West Africa. It is mainly made of cassava, yam, banana, rice and other starch-rich plants, which are mashed into a sticky paste in a huge wooden mortar or bowl and then heated for eating.

2.KENKEY This is a kind of fermented corn flour, which is mixed with corn kernels, wrapped in corn leaves and heated for eating. Another common way of eating in central and western Ghana is to wrap it in banana leaves for hot cooked food. This way of eating is called FANTI KENKEY. KENKEY can be kept for up to one week. You can also make porridge like cereal to drink

3.Banku/Akple "Banku" is made by mixing fermented corn flour and cassava flour, boiling it in hot water until it is white and fully mixing it into a ball. Serve with soup, meat or fish.
