Composition:
3 small pieces of dried soybean oil skin, 2 cucumbers, half an onion, a handful of coriander, very delicious, 2 tablespoons garlic, dried pepper, cooking oil, vinegar and a little pepper.
Exercise:
1. Soak the dried bean skin in boiling water for about 5 minutes until it becomes soft, clean it with cold water and cut it into oblique triangles. Slice cucumber into thick slices, cut parsley into sections, shred onion, chop garlic, and put garlic on the dish.
2. Heat hot oil in the pot, turn off the fire and let it cool for ten seconds, then add pepper powder and dried pepper, and pour it on the minced garlic while it is hot, which is especially fragrant.
3. Pour 2 spoonfuls of vinegar, a little taste is extremely fresh, a little salt to taste, and mix well. So simple, but super delicious.
ps:
After the oil is heated, let it cool and dry, then add pepper and stir fry. If it is not cooled, the temperature is too high, and the pepper powder is easy to paste. 2 teaspoons of vinegar is enough, not too much.
