Today is the opening day of the 13th Spring Track and Field Games in our school.

At 7: 2, all the students in Class 4 and Class 2 are waiting with benches. The willows on the playground have pulled out green branches, and the grass has already laid a green carpet on the ground. Everything in nature seems to have changed its appearance for today's sports meeting. The welcome bugle sounded and the sports meeting began. Our drum band is blowing and beating, playing wonderful music with my heart. I am so absorbed that I am afraid of making any mistakes. Every player is immersed in incomparable beauty and joy. Time flies and the opening ceremony will soon be over.

The exciting competition started. Only one shot was heard, and the athletes of all grades in the primary school flew to the finish line as if the wind had caught their feet. Ding Mengyu, a classmate in our class, gritted his teeth, clenched his fist and ran forward. Although she had a heavy fall halfway, she did not flinch, got up and rushed forward. With her perseverance, she surpassed the previous classmate and changed the fate of being the last one. This is a kind of strength, an irresistible force.

After rounds of competition, only one athlete in our class won the first place. However, I also applaud those students who "failed" and feel proud of them, because they have paid, worked hard and struggled after all.

We don't care too much about scores and rankings. We know that participation is the most important thing!
