Last year, 22, sets of affordable housing were built in Hanzhong, and more than 4, sets were built in one county. I went to some towns, and almost every town is building affordable housing. If the construction continues at this rate, there will be more than 1, sets of affordable housing in Hanzhong in five years, plus the continuous construction of commercial housing, everyone will understand how many houses there will be in Hanzhong. Moreover, the location of affordable housing is relatively biased, and the supporting facilities are not perfect enough. I really don't know who to live in so many houses.

Third, there will be a situation in which large enterprises monopolize the housing market in Hanzhong. Last year, Hanzhong selected the top ten real estates, but it is not clear how many big real estate developers monopolize them, but the recent situation has appeared. For example, Wanbang invested 1 billion yuan to develop Xingyuanhu area, China Communications Group invested 1 billion yuan to develop Binjiang New Area, and Evergrande City and other housing enterprises did not know how much to invest to develop Dahekan area. These real estate developers and projects in Hanzhong may monopolize the real estate market in Hanzhong in the next few years, and it is self-evident who can control the housing market in Hanzhong by then.

fourthly, there are still some incongruities. Let's talk about the land problem first. The government is using administrative functions to collect and store a large amount of land. They buy land from ordinary people at low prices and then sell it to developers at high prices. After developers build houses, they sell them to households at higher prices, which pushes up housing prices. Then, almost all the land around the city and along the highway has been collected and stored by the government, and towns and villages are also learning this set, with the help of key towns to build and build affordable housing to reserve a large amount of land. When I go around cities and towns, I can hardly see large areas of farmland, but all I see are the construction scenes in full swing. Let's talk about housing prices again. I heard from a friend that the price of commercial housing in a county has been greatly reduced recently. The group purchase price has reached 1,9 yuan per square meter, while the government-built affordable housing price is 2,2 yuan per square meter. The competent department does not approve the developer's price reduction, otherwise the interests of the government in building houses will be affected, and who will build so many houses? This kind of thing is a little uncomfortable to think of. Isn't it harming the interests of ordinary people? Moreover, the state built affordable housing itself to curb housing prices, and now it has become like this, which is a bit puzzling. This situation may not be a case, and it will become a problem in the near future.
