Meeting contents:

This meeting is the first regular meeting of the project presided over by the supervisor. After the owner, supervisor and constructor are familiar with their respective personnel, the meeting discussed and solved the problems existing in the construction process of the project sequence, gave relevant guidance to the upcoming quality and safety inspection, and arranged the nodes for the subsequent construction period.

First, the problems in the construction of preface

Each bid section should be more clearly aware of the importance of compiling office materials to guide on-site construction, actively strengthen the compilation and self-inspection of office materials such as construction plans and emergency plans, and submit them to the supervisor and the owner for review after full self-inspection.

At present, the most prominent safety hazard in the construction is the safety of temporary electricity use in the construction site. The project department of each bid section should take safety measures for temporary electricity utilization, implement the basic principle of one machine, one box and one brake, take moisture-proof measures for electrical equipment and facilities, and pay special attention to temporary electricity utilization safety.

The materials and contract price involved in the hole-forming stage of pile foundation, as well as the subsequent rock exploration, concrete pouring and testing: the brands of building materials such as steel, commercial concrete and sandstone are designated by the owner, and relevant materials are issued by the materials department. The project department of each bid section negotiates the contract price of each material with the supplier to ensure that the material supply meets the requirements.

Objective To give full play to the enthusiasm of each project department on the principle of time limit for a project and quality objectives. At this stage, all project departments can still recommend material suppliers, laboratory units and rock exploration units to ministry of materials and equipment, and the Materials Department will release the results after unified investigation.

Do a good job in the construction organization design and relevant emergency plans at this stage, pay attention to the image project of the temporary project department office before the living quarters are put into use, and prepare and sort out the employment certificates of the project department personnel and other materials.

Ventilation, lighting and gas protection measures shall be taken for the ongoing pile foundation hole-forming operation, and measures shall be taken to protect and cover adjacent holes, so as to improve the standardization of field test, processing and stacking materials, and pay special attention to the safety management of electricity consumption in existing sheds.

2. Earthwork deployment schedule and deployment plan-April 10.

3. Theme construction schedule of sales department and model house and construction scheme of adding and removing the podium and model house below the fourth floor of sales department-May 5.

4. Building number or construction unit number -05- 10 Construction progress and scheme.

Decoration design and construction progress of subsequent processes:

Four. Building safety and other matters

Construction machinery and equipment must be inspected and accepted before use. After acceptance, hang the acceptance card to show the difference. Check the pile location, diameter and shape to prevent pile leakage.

Managers must wear safety helmets when entering the construction site.

The construction layout below 0.00 shall be reported to the owner for approval on April 6th.

The closure of the construction site must be completed before April 7.

Minutes of Project Approval Meeting [Chapter II]

On the morning of 2007 1 month 10, the first meeting of the construction project approval committee of the Municipal Planning Bureau was held in the conference room on the fifth floor of the Municipal Planning Bureau. The meeting was presided over by Director Yang Liming, and the minutes are as follows:

I. Agree in principle to the architectural adjustment plan of China Accounting Correspondence School; Report to the Planning Commission for approval.

2. Agree in principle to locate Dongyang Village in the north of Wuyang Road, west of Xinfei Avenue and south of Haihe Road; Report to the Planning Commission for approval.

3. Agree to the plan of the Municipal Land Reserve Center to transfer some plots of land on the east side of the entrance of Camel Bay New Village on the south side of Pingyuan Road, with an area of about 14 mu. In order to shape the landscape along Pingyuan Road, the meeting suggested that the original planned 12-storey building of Linping Road should be adjusted to 15-storey or above.

4. Agree with the planning and design conditions of the indemnificatory housing resettlement community on the west side of Dongming Avenue and the north side of Zhongyuan East Road, and ask Anju Office to make detailed and controlled planning for the enclosed area of Lihong Avenue, Dongming Avenue, Zhongyuan East Road and Orfila Street, considering the integrity of the planning, the reasonable layout of public supporting facilities and the possibility of phased implementation.

X. The meeting discussed the application of Yang Guang Company in North Henan and International Hotel to build a box transformer on the north side of Xiangyang Road. Considering the urban landscape, it is required to further optimize the scheme and discuss it at the next meeting.

The meeting heard a special report on the planning of urban water system landscape environment, and requested that the urban water system landscape with distinctive characteristics and cultural connotations should be shaped in line with the concept of operating the city, operating the market and facilitating operation, and the urban inland rivers, lakes and canals should be formed into a water system network for overall design. At the same time, people's park (central lake) is required to be included in the water system landscape planning.

Fourteen The meeting requested to further deepen the architectural scheme of the comprehensive building 1 of the general merchandise company on the north side of Pingyuan Road, and report it to the Planning Commission for approval.

15. The meeting heard the report on the planning and positioning of high-rise residential buildings on the northwest side of Hualan Avenue and Zhong Zhen Street, and requested that the building height and style should be coordinated with the main office building on the east side, and pay attention to the overall effect of Hualan Avenue along the street, and make a good architectural plan and report it to the Planning Commission for approval.

16. Agree in principle with the architectural scheme of No.3 experimental building and its annex in the new campus of Pingyuan Road, Henan Institute of Electromechanical Technology.

17. Zhou Mingren and Zhou Haiyong are allowed to apply for rebuilding a two-story house on the west side of the north section of Heping Avenue, with an area of about 1 18.82 square meters.
