Most of my friends are pressed for time in the morning. In fact, not only office workers, but mothers with children who go to school also need a time-saving and delicious breakfast.
Regarding breakfast, Dou Ma often makes breakfast, because there happen to be both working people and school going people in the family, so when I saw this question, I felt that I should share my experience.
I divided breakfast into several categories, including porridge, cakes, noodles, cakes, and bread. You can find quick and easy recipes for all of them. You can make them in different ways, and you don’t have to make the same ones throughout the week.
Pancakes: green onion pancakes, sweet pancakes, vegetable pancakes, and hand pancakes can all be made in a few minutes.
The simplest is the hand cake: 1. Buy some ready-made hand cakes; 2. Open the electric baking pan in the morning, put in the hand cakes, and cover the lid; 3. Open the lid after one minute and beat an egg.

3. Brush the electric pan with oil, pour in the batter, and bake until cooked; if you don’t add salt and chopped green onion, bake the batter directly, then sprinkle a little sugar on the pancake, roll it up, and it will be a sweet pancake.

Potato shredded cake 1. Peel the potatoes and grate them into thin strips without rinsing; 2. Add an egg to the shredded potatoes, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and stir evenly; 3. Pour a little oil into the pan and pour in the shredded potatoes.
Chrome until both sides are golden.
The rest of the vegetable cakes are similar to potato shredded cakes. The difference is that there is no starch in vegetables, so you need to add some flour and water and stir them together to make a thin batter, and then mash it.
But to be honest, apart from potato shredded pancakes, I rarely make other vegetable pancakes in the morning, because they don’t feel convenient enough for scallion pancakes and sweet pancakes, and children may not like to eat other vegetables.
There is also a more popular way to make breakfast pancakes, which is to mix fruit-filled sweet pancake flour + eggs + water into a batter. After forming the pancake, just bake the fried apple filling on the inside.
How to make apple filling: Put a little oil in the pot, cut the apple into small pieces, put it into the pot, add a small spoon of white sugar and a small spoon of black sesame seeds, and stir-fry together until thick.
I am not very "hearty" about bread, and I usually eat very little.
The only thing I like is making various snacks with slices of bread.
This simple and delicious jam sandwich is fragrant and soft, and both adults and children will love it. It can be made in 2 minutes.

Mix 1 spoon of light soy sauce and 2 spoons of vinegar and serve. If you like spicy food, add a spoon of chili pepper. 2. Pour the boiling water into the pot to cook the noodles. 3. After the noodles are cooked, take them out and put them in a bowl. At the same time, pour some hot water.
Add the soup and stir evenly; the sour soup noodles are finished, sour and spicy, appetizing, very delicious!
If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add chili pepper. It’s also delicious~ Scallion Noodles 1. While boiling water in the pot, prepare the sauce. Put the chopped green onions into a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and mix well.
Serve the chopped green onion juice; 2. Put the noodles into the pot and cook them. In this way, the noodles are cooked until they are almost cooked. If it is too much, it will not taste good; 3. Take out the noodles, add some noodle soup, and scoop out a spoonful of the noodles.
Make the chopped green onion juice, stir well and enjoy!
Simple but delicious ~ Baked breakfast: Make a simple cake in the morning, or bake it in advance at night, and just drink it with a cup of hot milk in the morning.
For example: You can make a simple muffin cake, that is, mix all the ingredients together, and it can be ready in about 20 minutes.
