Tik Tok Tian Xiaotian Sias College is one of the first universities to pass the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education of China. According to relevant public information, Zhengzhou Sias College was formerly known as Sias International College of Zhengzhou University and was founded in 1998. Sias International College of Zhengzhou University is a Chinese-foreign cooperative educational institution invested by Sias Group Company of the United States, which cooperates with Zhengzhou University and Heisburg State University of Kansas. It is the first full-time undergraduate college in Henan Province approved by the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee to implement the overseas bachelor's degree education cooperation program, and it is also the first batch of colleges and universities that have passed the evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools by the Ministry of Education of China.
