Mars Hotel is a 3-star hotel located in St. Petersburg.

There are many ways to die on Mars.

The air is thin there.

It's very cold there.

There was a sandstorm there.

Mars does not protect its surface from deadly cosmic rays like Earth does.

But the biggest challenge to Mars for humans who want to explore there may be very basic: You have to eat.

"Obviously, for the first people to go to Mars, life on Mars was like having a picnic in the cabin of an airplane. They didn't go outside, and they didn't think about getting fresh food," the chef said

"Mars Menu" is a project set up by chefs Neidi Neilson and Paulson to solve the problem of food on Mars.

They want to find some food that can grow in Martian soil, or be easier to store on Mars, or at least won't waste too much precious space on the spacecraft.

Now their work has achieved preliminary results.
