(2) Urumqi Traffic Police opened five temporary parking lots based on the traffic flow on the roads around the Convention and Exhibition Center to solve the problem of parking difficulties for citizens.

There are parking lot signage in the temporary parking lot. Please follow the signage or the on-site police instructions to park in the nearest parking lot.

1. Vehicles are allowed to park in single rows on both sides of the north extension of Huizhan Avenue (north of the Capital Mansion intersection), with 800 parking spaces.

2. Vehicles are allowed to park in single rows on both sides of Longteng Road, with 1,200 parking spaces.

3. Vehicles are allowed to park in a single row on both sides of the road south of Huizhan Jinger Road at the west intersection of the Convention and Exhibition Center, with 500 parking spaces.

Traffic management measures for Shenghuan Singing City, Dahe Bathing, and Qiyi Sunshine New City on Xinmin East Street: Citizens heading to Shenghuan Singing City, Dahe Bathing, and Xinmin East Street Qiyi Sunshine New City can park their vehicles at Shenghuan Singing City, Dahe Bathing, and Xinmin East Street Qiyi Sunshine New City.

There are existing parking lots at Dahe Bathing and Xinmin East Street. There are dedicated lanes at the entrance of the parking lot, and the brigade has arranged police personnel to conduct diversion.

After the parking lot is full, vehicles can be parked in single rows on the west side of the road in the same section of Xinmin Road; on Xinmin West Street (the section between Shui District Court and Yifu Primary School), vehicles can be parked in single rows on both sides of the road.
