On the fifth day of the fifth day, wormwood will be inserted on the door of every household. It is said that wormwood will cure evil and prevent disasters. Of course, in our view, as long as we smell the fresh and strange fragrance of wormwood, it is a happy thing for us, so every year we compete to come to the mountain and pick a large area of wormwood and a large area of happiness.

Making zongzi is also one of the reserved programs of the Dragon Boat Festival. Mom and aunt always buy a lot of zongzi leaves, soak them in less water, wash them and code them. The stuffing of zongzi is usually glutinous rice, with mung beans, red dates, etc., and cooked. Then, after the dexterous busyness of my mother and aunt, our children will turn around the steamer like greedy cats, waiting for the time when the zongzi comes out ... < P > Only when we grow up and study do we know that the custom of making zongzi is related to Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet in Chinese history? On the bank of Mulan River, people gather around the shore early, and gongs and drums are ringing with firecrackers. On the surface of the water, several neat dragon boat teams, bright clothes fluttering in the wind, the boys are eager to try. With the sound of a gong, all teams rushed to compete, and everyone Qi Xin worked together to compete for the first place. At this moment, drums, firecrackers and people's shouts … make up a lively and extraordinary picture.
