The stuffed stuffing is mainly meat, and most of them are made by chopping and stirring lean meat and mushrooms.

Pingle's most famous dish is called pomelo peel brewing, which is made of Shatian pomelo peel produced locally. The key to brewing pomelo peel is the treatment of pomelo peel. First, peel off the green peel of grapefruit with a knife, leaving a white spongy inner layer. Then, boil it in water, take it out after boiling, soak it in cold water for 3-4 hours, then squeeze out the bitter water from the grapefruit peel and soak it in clean water.

this step is repeated 7-8 times until the extruded water becomes colorless and transparent. Squeeze the pomelo peel dry, cut it into squares or triangles about 6 cm wide, cut a hole in the middle, fill in the mixed stuffing, smooth it, and the pomelo peel is brewed. Snail brewing is also one of the "Eighteen Brews". First, put the bought snails in clean water for 2-3 days to make them spit out all the sediment in their stomachs. Wash the snail, cook it in a pot, take out the snail meat, chop it with pork, mint, etc., adjust the taste and stuff it into the snail shell.

Cook the oil pan, stir-fry the sour pepper and sour bamboo shoots, pour the snail wine into the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, then simmer slowly for about 15 minutes, and then take the pan out and put it on the plate.

bean sprout is the most time-consuming and troublesome dish in the "Eighteen Brews". There are two ways to do this: first, hollow the bean sprouts vertically with an embroidery needle, then fill in the stuffing chopped by chicken, and then stir-fry them in chicken oil. The second is to take fresh bean sprouts and boil them in water until they are soft, put 21 or so roots together, tie both ends with a leek, then put the chopped meat into the bean sprouts and cook them in a soup pot.
